Why is Bifidobacterium longum a "friendly bacteria"?
Hum google is a wonderful source, but i would suppose it's related to E. Coli, which lives in your small intestine and helps you metabolize vitamins, as well as keeping other, more deadly bacteria out. I'm of course reffering to a specific type of E. Coli, as some are very deadly.
